My story
So, as you can see from the embarrassing picture...West Wight Swimming Pool was a big part of my childhood! I seem to have entered an event with no other competitors on this occasion so managed to scrape gold!
Anyway, the centre needs support from the community to be able to exist. Please consider donating so that other young (like I once was), old, and middling people are able to benefit from it.
I've never done any open water swimming...and I make some very un-manly noises when getting in the sea...so this 1.2 mile swim will be a challenge!
