Our fees

Everyclick is a fundraising platform to help charities raise donations and to empower a growing nation of fundraisers.

It's free for charities to join - there are no sign-up fees or monthly subscriptions. It's also free for your supporters.

When you supporters search the web we'll highlight the stores they can raise donations at using our sister product, Give as you Live Online.

When you supporters shop through one of our highlighted retailers, as a 'thank you' for sending sales to them, our retailers pay us commission, from this commission, we make a donation to you.

Charities receive 50% of the commission we receive from retailers. Let's take Booking.com as an example - we say that you can raise a 2.5% donation there. We actually get paid a 5% reward by Booking.com which is split 50:50 - so we get 2.5% and the charity gets 2.5%.

Because we also get a share, we are able to offer our services for free to both members and charities.

We'll pay donations raised through shopping, search and incentives to your charity every three months providing over £15 in donations has been confirmed up to the end of that quarter.

Donations are only paid to your charity once they are confirmed, as this may be after the closure of the quarter the purchase was made in, these donations are rolled over until they are confirmed.

If your charity hasn't reached £15, donations roll over until they do and then get paid in the next quarter.

Setup fees

There are no setup or monthly fees to be registered as a charity on Everyclick.

A charity must have registered status in order to be listed. We are able to accept charities registered with the charity commissions for England & Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. In addition, we can accept organisations registered as a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC) or Community Interest Company (CIC), and any organisation recognised by HMRC as eligible for Gift Aid.

As part of the setup process, charities must provide bank details in order to receive payment. These bank details are then subject to our verification process which must be passed before a payment is made. We do not accept private bank accounts.

Everyclick and associated products (including Give as you Live Online and Give as you Live Donate) are provided by Give as you Live Ltd, a private company registered in England & Wales (company number 5181419). Complaints procedure

Should you have any complaint regarding any part of our service, including payment of your donation, disbursement to the charity, your account or use of your personal data, please write to us by email at hello@everyclick.com, or by post at Give as you Live Ltd, Crab Apple Way, Vale Business Park, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 1GP.

Should we be unable to resolve your complaint, or if you are unhappy with our offered resolution, you have the right to complain to the Fundraising Regulator (regarding donations) or the Information Commissioner's Office (regarding information rights and privacy).
