About my fundraising

We all have a favourite song; a tune to lift our spirits, an anthem to take us back to a special place or time, or just something that gets our toes tapping.

Glasgow's Hospital Broadcasting Service has been bringing patients their favourite songs to their bedside since 1970. To celebrate some of the most requested songs we receive from patients, HBS is airing a series of special shows in a 'Weekend of Sponsored Programmes' - and you can get involved.

For more information about the service HBS volunteers provide or to listen to the shows on-line, go to:

To sponsor your favourite song, - click on the red box above that says 'Make Donation', - Enter the amount you wish to give, and your name - In 'sponsoring comment' let us know which of the songs below to play for you - Then enter your payment details.

You can listen to the show live on-line on Sunday 25th June at noon.

Thanks very much for your generosity.
