Ann Smyth is raising money for West Wight Sports & Community Centre
My story
For my last fundraising activity I am going to swim across the Solent for two very worthy causes.
Firstly for the West Wight Sports and Community centre, who provide an excellent service for their community, keeping this facility open when funding was withdrawn. They rely totally on fundraising, and are brilliant in what they provide for all ages in West Wight. They have also organised the event which is extremely well planned and catered for to make sure of the safety of all swimmers.
Secondly for SANDS - the Stillborn and Neonatal Death Support charity in memory of a very special little girl, Evelyn Ward, born perfect in every way but asleep.
Please help me raise loads by swimming from Hurst Castle to Colwell Bay!!!!!
