My story
Not so much #thisgirlcan but more #thisfatmiddleagedwomancan - I haven't done any serious swimming for years, so rashly decided the way to get back into it was to sign up to swim across the Solent!
It's 1.2 miles across some deep, scary water and I'm terrified! However, it's supporting a great local charity, who run a Sports and Community Centre built and funded by the local community, West Wight Sports and Community Centre.
I hope you'll support my efforts by donating generously! Whether you can donate £1 or £100, it all helps, and will give me that extra boost to get me across. Thanks.
