My story
MindOut is a mental health service run by and for lesbians, gay men, bisexual, trans, and queer people.
We work to improve the mental health and wellbeing of LGBTQ communities and to make mental health a community concern
Last year we helped 1,342 people struggling with social isolation, suicidal distress, financial hardship, discrimination and prejudice, hate crime and exclusion.
