SHAK Dog Rescue Great North Run 2017

Due to a series of unfortunate events, I managed to get a place in the GNR ballot. As it is near impossible to get in through the ballot, I can only assume that I am being punished for a previous life.
In order to make my misery worthwhile, I have decided to raise some money for a fantastic local charity called SHAK (Safe Homes and Kindness) who rescue dogs when they have no where else to go.

If all my Facebook friends donated just £1 each I would have raised £7 but I hope to reach the target of £100. If you make your donations quickly this apparently means I can't back out of it. Surely this is incentive enough for donating the loose change you would usually lose down the back of the sofa.

If I reach the target, Lola gets her toys back off the washing line.
