Paul Mocroft is raising money for West Wight Sports & Community Centre
My story
I am going to swim the Solent!
For the first time in my life I will be getting to the Isle of Wight under my own power!
I will be setting off from Hurst Castle on the mainland, swimming across the Solent and ending up at Colwell Bay on the Isle of Wight.
I'm doing the swim to raise money for West Wight Sports and Community Centre (WWSCC) and The Albert Kennedy Trust (akt.org.uk).

WWSCC collet the funds and pass a share on to The Albert Kennedy Trust.
(The swim is due to take place on 4th August. If the weather conditions are not favourable enough, a reserve date of 18th August has been set.)
