Movember Glasgow 10k

My story
I'll be attending the Glasgow Movember 10k run.
The event is just after I come back from Uganda, so I will have the fun of training in temperatures of between 25-30C!
All funds raised will go towards helping Amalthea Trust continue their great work of improving medical engineering in developing countries, an area which is heavily undersupported!
I'm hoping to beat my previous (and only) race time of 1 hour.
