Lisa & Rachel's Manchester 10K run...well walk...well saunter :)

Hi, my name is Lisa and my wonderful niece is called Rachel.

We are going to walk the Manchester 10K run. Rach will have a wonderfully pimped out wheelchair with fairy lights too, just in case the walk becomes too much.

Rachel is the co founder of GIFTuk which supports others with the same disabling disorder she has, as well as raising awareness. Gastroparesis. This disorder is a chronic illness which in effect, stops the digestive system from working as it should. Many people suffer daily with horrendous stomach pains, lack of energy and uncontrollable nausea, to name but a few of the symptoms of this insidious disorder.

We are hoping to raise both funds for research and awareness of gastroparesis. Any amount, however small is so gratefully received.
