Gwen's Great North Run for Shak

Gwen Wilks is raising money for SHAK (Safe Homes and Kindness)
My story
I have entered the Great North Run but don't be fooled folks I won't be running 13.1 miles. It'll be a jog/plod/walk instead and, although I do have a time in mind, it would be fantastic just to finish. I will be raising funds for Shak, a local animal charity, and would be grateful if you could support me and donate to my cause. You can check out the work they do at shak.org.uk.
