My story
Cancer Research are doing a '10,000 steps a day' challenge this March and we are going to get involved! Whether you walk to work, take up jogging, or give the lift a miss, the money you raise will fund Cancer Research UK?s life-saving research.
Based on the average stride, 10,000 steps a month will total at 150 miles
(about the distance from London to Manchester!)
