Doug Alldred is swimming the Solent! Version 3.0

Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water...

After a short gap of several years since my last Solent Swimming escapade, during which time I have become quite a lot older, slower and less physically able, I have decided to do the whole thing again.

Many of you will think this is madness. It is. However, if you sponsor me it will raise money to keep the much-needed and much-loved West Wight Sports and Community Centre up and running, so you should really do your best to pop a few quid my way. After all, this swimming across the sea thing isn't easy.
