About Dementia Forward

Dementia Forward was set up in April 2012 to provide local support to people living with dementia, and those who care for them. As well as offering services to keep people active and give respite to carers, Dementia Forward also provides home visits, wellbeing activities, social events and education programmes. The charity's work covers Ripon and Harrogate District, York and The Vale.
