My story
Once again I am dusting down my trainers and getting ready to pound the streets of Tyneside by taking part in the Great North Run. After last year's first attempt I said I would never do it again but somehow I have managed to find myself doing it again and I would like beat my time of 3 hours 55 mins. So please support me and my chosen charity of Age UK Northumberland.
