Caelum's Fundraising is raising money for Hope House
My story
Caelum (11yrs) is going to climb Mount Snowdon in the spring 2012.
He has chosen to do this in memory of his nan who died tragically earlier this year and to raise money for Hope House Childrens Hospice.
