XLP is a rare but always life taking genetic condition. 70% of boys with XLP die before the age of 10. The XLP Research Trust exists to fund life saving medical research into this cruel condition and to act as a worldwide hub for families who have been devastated by XLP.

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE SUBJECT OF XLP AND ITS IMPLICATIONS FOR THE FAMILIES OF THOSE SUFFERING FROM THE AFOREMENTIONED CONDITION. C. TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO XLP AND TO PUBLICISE THE RESULTS THEREOF AND TO SUPPORT ORGANISATIONS PROMOTING CHARITABLE RESEARCH INTO X-LINKED LYMPHOPROLIFERATIVE.
