WECIL is an organisation managed and controlled by Disabled people. WECIL works with Disabled people and other eligible groups to provide and develop the services they want in order for them to be able to take a full and active part in the community with control over their lives. WECIL is accountable to its service users and believes that all Disabled people have the right to the same range of choices and opportunities as non-disabled people.
