Stacey Parker is raising money for VHL UK/Ireland
My story
On Sunday 28th September, I will be running my first ever marathon. My inspiration to complete the run comes from my beautiful friend Abbi.
She suffers from a rare genetic disease called Von Hippel-Lindau Syndrome. This disease causes the abnormal growth of tumours throughout the body. Many people affected by VHL will be diagnosed with cancer.
There is no cure.
