ABOUR OUR EVENT Mount Everest is 8,848 meters (29,029 ft) above sea level and is one of the worlds most breath taking environments. Climbing Everest takes many thousands of pounds in permits, training, equipment, insurance and travelling expenses. So wouldn't it be far more unselfish to give all the money to charity than spend it on climbing the great peek?
