About my fundraising
First of all... how cute is that picture! This is a girl in Uganda who is in school because of donations --->
So, here I go again! Every time I leave Africa I want to get straight back again. My work has taken me to Uganda and Tanzania so far and now its time for South Sudan where the needs are huge. VMM are sending me on a 2 year placement to work with a local organisation providing health, education and humanitarian aid to a region the size of Ireland and with more than 41,000 people in it.
South Sudan's recent independence, making it the newest country in the world, hasn't brought the peace we all hoped for. South Sudan is host to some of the world's poorest and I will be working to provide people the resources and knowledge they need to make the most of their lives.
Please give a little or a lot... whatever you can spare to help us continue assisting people living in fragile and insecure environments.
