Journeys Taff Trail Challenge

Tim Watkins is raising money for Journeys
My story
Tim Watkins and 15 (so far) friends of Journeys will be cycling the 55 miles from Brecon to Cardiff along the Taff Trail on Saturday 5th September.
The aim is to promote physical activity as a key element of recovery from depression while raising money and awareness for Journeys.
If Journeys had just £1 from every person affected by depression, we could radically change the way the condition is seen and managed.
