The Amigos Cycling for Cariad

We are a group of cyclists commited to making a change and like nothing more than to face tough challenges for various charities. This coming year we are cycling all over the UK for our chosen charity, Cariad. Cariad work tirelessly to put lifesaving heart defibrillators out into the public domain, they train the public to use them and also maintain the equipment themselves so that a defibrillator is always ready to be used, should they be needed.

Our first quest is a 24-hour supermarket spinathon which begins on April 8th 2016 at 4pm and ends at 4pm the following day. This will take place in Tesco Extra in Trostre, Llanelli. We are also planning a cycle to every capital city in the UK, which will take ten days.

Overall, we will be cycling over 2,000 miles in three challenges....quite a feat!

We are an incredibly committed team and will do everything we can to hit our target....please help us along the way if you can, every penny helps.
