Nicola Stokes is raising money for Re-Instate
My story
Team Stokes (my husband Dean and myself), are running the Bridge 10k round Dartford to raise money for Re-Instate. Taking place on Sunday 28th September, the bridge 10k is a big local event. Sadly on this occasion we won't be allowed to enter as a pantomime horse - rules are rules!
Re-Instate is a fantastic local charity near where we live that supports people with mental health needs and learning disabilities through an innovative range of employment services and learning opportunities.
As well as offering work experience, vocational training and "skills for life" educational courses, Re-Instate organises events to promote social inclusion and independent living.
Every bit helps, so please sponser us and support an excellent cause.
