About my fundraising
STT works with people in arid lands to improve the quality of their lives and environment and the productivity of their land. In October 2010, 15 supporters of Sunseed Tanzania will be undertaking a 10 mile sponsored 'run' around Portsmouth - Southsea, to raise funds for current and future projects. The participants are all at different fitness levels, some will be walking and some will be running (personally I may be crawling the final 5 miles...) All sponsorship will go towards improving the lives of poor people in Tanzania, through stove and tree projects already underway; and also through a new project starting in schools with industrial energy saving stoves. This is an exciting time for STT, with stove production at an all time high, and the nursery projects producing some wonderful crops/trees. Your sponsorship is gratefully received.
