1. DONATIONS TO OTHER CHARITIES WHETHER LOCAL, NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL. 2. FOR THE PURCHASE OF GIFTS OR GRANTS OF MONEY FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY. 3. FOR THE ENDOWMENT OF BURSARIES TO ASSIST ANY MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC TO TRAIN OR RETRAIN FOR A PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, OR TO ATTEND ANY NECESSARY REFRESHER COURSE. 4. TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARDS THE COSTS INVOLVED IN ANY PRACTICAL PROJECT OF SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY.
