Haringey Big Sleep Out

Ok so I know this may be a bit long and ranty but please read and dig deep!!

Summer days are drawing to an end and the cold nights will soon see us snuggled up in front of fires and under covers with loved ones watching far too much TV.
Although for some the reality of winter isn't so romantic.

It is estimated that were 6,508 people are sleeping rough at some point in London over the last year. Many are young and vunerable and have fallen into the homeless trap through sheer bad luck or lack of support. Many suffer mental health issues as a result. Some will die.

On the 19th Sept I will joining 60 other peole and bedding down under the stars outside St James Church to raise money for the charity All People All Places.
This fantastic charity provide Winter Shelters in addition to housing support, meals, laundry service and support with re housing in Haringey and Enfield. They have limited bed spaces and rely purley on volunteers.
