(A) THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY, RESIDENT IN MID-SUSSEX BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE, SUPPORT AND OPPORTUNITIES WHICH PROMOTE THEIR INCLUSION IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY, (B) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE AND/OR THOSE WHO BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE
