About my fundraising
In aid of 'Cardiac Risk in the Young', Tom Hayward, Alex Fox and Josh James will be partaking in a skydive. The charity is one that screens young people, mainly young athletes, for heart problems. This charity is one that is not well known and your donations would make a real difference. The need to support a charity like this has been elucidated by the recent near tragedy of Frabice Muamba that rocked the world of sport. Moreover, recently a member of Alex's former rugby team was screened and diagnosed with SDS (Sudden Death Syndrome) , with this help has been to manage his condition. Without this screening he would have been susceptible to sudden Cardiac Arrest, and death, at any time. To make this happen we must raise £395 each, giving us a target of £1185 for this great cause. All donations large or small are received with gratitude. This skydive is planned for the 31st August. So we really do need your donations to help us raise this in such a short space of time.
