About S.E.A.P.
South of England Advocacy Projects (SEAP) is a registered charity that supports people, particularly some of the most vulnerable in our society, to safeguard their rights, explore their options, and ensure that others who make decisions about their lives hear and act on the persons views, wishes and feelings. We do this by helping people to speak for themselves, or by acting as an independent advocate representing their views. SEAP manages a number of individual projects which provide services to people with learning/physical disabilities, mental health issues, children/young people, those lacking capacity, and those wishing to make complaints about their NHS healthcare.
