Sunseed Tanzania is a UK based Tanzanian NGO, working in the arid region of Dodoma to help create energy efficient stoves and replace lost arable stock with stronger and faster growing plants. Sunseed spends over 90% of all money raised in the field.
For the second year in a row STT will be a presence at the British 10km run in London (where we raised over £4000 last year).
After having interned at STT's Dodoma office last summer I decided to stay connected and become a volunteer in London. It would be fantastic if you supported us in this cause! Every pound counts - £15 pays for one family to have a stove; £100 builds a nursery to help a whole village grow stronger, healthier crops and renewable wood sources; and £350 pays for a school to have an industrial stove which feeds 800-1000 children (for many of the children the only cooked meal they have each day)
