About RSVP-Rape and Sexual Violence Project-Birmingham/Solihull

We support female and male survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse, and also their partners, families and friends. We help people overcome traumatic experiences by providing safe, supportive relationships which empower and provide them with the confidence to rebuild their lives. We offer counselling, outreach support, drop in coffee morning, helpline, social groups, advocacy and written self help services, as well as specialised services for asylum seekers/refugees. We also train other agencies in how to work sensitively and appropriately with survivors of sexual violence and abuse.

  • RSVP_West_Mids: Grooming can silence victims with terror+fear, so they're less likely to report sexual offences. It takes such courage to talk about abuse.
