About ROYAL COMMONWEALTH SOCIETY
The RCS is an educational charity and international organisation working to promote knowledge and appreciation of the modern Commonwealth. Through its flagship London venue, the Commonwealth Club, and its network of self-governing branches and Commonwealth societies in the UK and worldwide, the RCS promotes discussions, educational initiatives to disseminate information, and youth programmes to develop writing, communication, leadership and debating skills among young people. These activities aim to encourage closer co-operation and understanding between the peoples of the Commonwealth, its governments and institutions.
