About my fundraising
Hi!
The time has come again to test my stamina in aid of a worthwhile cause...
Beacon Counselling was formed in 1984 by three women dedicated to providing better support to people in the Bramhall area. Today, Beacon is a registered charity and company, and exists to improve the lives of people experiencing emotional and mental health problems. This means people dealing with depression, bereavement, anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties, to name just a few. Basically, these are the issues that most people will face at some point in their lives, and that millions of people in the UK struggle with.
So if you would like to support this charity (and/or me in completing the run), please donate whatever you can and I will try and justify all our efforts with a reasonable time;
I am going to aim for 45 minutes (I did it in 48 minutes last year) - and for every minute over this I will be donating extra towards Beacon Counselling so either way somebody is a win...
