James Roach-John - Withybush Hospital Cancer Day Unit Appeal

I am fundraising for the Withybush Hospital Cancer Day Unit Appeal by taking part in this year's Forest of Dean Half Marathon on the 28th of September. This will be a new and very hilly challenge for me, so knowing that every mile will help this great charity will no doubt spur me on!
I've chosen the WHCDU Appeal as my charity as my dad has a form of leukaemia which requires regular blood checks, and on occasion transfusions with his treatment being undertaken in the Cancer day Unit. As I take my dad to his appointments I am always humbled by the amazing work the staff in the Unit do to support both patients and their families during times of stress and concern as a result of their illness.
Any donations or support will support the Appeal to ensure that this amazing work continues in our hospital and will make a real difference to cancer patients in Pembrokeshire.
