TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY WITHIN THE AREA OF EARLS COURT IN THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA, AND IN PARTICULAR TO PROMOTE, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION AND IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE PERSONS FOR WHOM SUCH FACILITIES ARE PRIMARILY INTENDED.
