About Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre (Guildford)
RASASC, Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre for Surrey supports men and women who have suffered rape and sexual abuse or sexual assault. RASASC is based in Guildford, but supports people from Surrey and the surrounding area, offering confidential telephone helplines, face to face counselling, group counselling and counselling for partners and families of survivors. RASASC aims to raise awareness and educate the public in the problems associated with rape and sexual abuse.

Funds are used to finance the confidential helplines and face to face counselling service. £35 pays for an hours counselling. Please support us. We offer 50 hours a week counselling, that's 50 individuals a week seeing one of our 21 counsellors! Our 35 helpline volunteers answer over 2,500 calls per annum, that's 50 calls a week. It's a big operation and one in four people will need our services during their lifetime.
