About my fundraising
I am running the Paris 20km (almost a half marathon!) this year, and would like to use the opportunity, with your help, to raise some money for a fantastic cause. The Emthonjeni Trust is a small charity based in Cheltenham that supports the work of the Raphael Centre, which provides treatment, medicine, counselling and educational services to thousands affected by HIV and AIDs in the Eastern Cape region of South Africa. Any contribution to this valuable cause would be incredibly welcome: completing the event in one piece will be worth so much more if it not only brings about my own happiness (not to mention astonishment!), but a positive difference to the lives of deserving people of all ages on the other side of the world. Merci beaucoup mes amis! (Ooh - and good excuse for a minibreak in Paris if you want to come and watch!)
