Cardiff Half Marathon for The Play and Leisure Opportunity Library

Claire Matthews is raising money for The Play & Leisure Opportunity Library
My story
I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 5th October to raise funds for this fantastic charity.
The charity is a unique project in Wales and the first play and leisure library for children and adults with a disability.
They provide specialist toys and leisure equipment for children and adults with a disability in a lending library service. The library is also open to professionals working in the community such as Teachers, support workers, child-minders and foster carers who are supporting children or adults with a disability.
They also offer therapeutic and educational advice and lots of support to everyone to learn, to develop new skills and to enjoy life to the full.
