(2) TO RELIEVE PERSONS SUFFERING OR AT RISK FROM HIV INFECTION AND AIDS BY GIVING ADVICE, INFORMATION AND ASSISTANCE TO SUFFERERS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND FRIENDS OR ANY PERSON CONCERNED ABOUT HIV OR AIDS.
