About No Limits
We help young people help themselves by offering information, advice, independent advocacy, counselling and support to all young people in Hampshire under the age of 26.
Funds raised may be used to ...
Every penny you raise for us helps us to do our vital work. £5 could provide a place for young people who feel they have no one to turn to be listened to and get help in a crisis. £25 could help us support a young person for a week through our open access drop-in centre. £500 could help us provide proffessional, therapeutic counselling to a vulnerable young person to help them deal with traumatic life events or emotions.
