About NOA

The Norfolk Ornithologists Association (Reg charity no. 267670) is the only Norfolk charity dedicated to the scientific study of birds, principally through ringing and census work. Founded in 1970, the Association is based at Norfolks only accredited Bird Observatory in Holme on the North Norfolk Coast, and also runs six other reserves. The NOA aims to take a friendly and personal approach in sharing its knowledge and enthusiasm with people of all ages, and although based in Norfolk it draws its membership from throughout the UK and abroad. Benefits of membership include dawn to dusk access to all reserves, 4 newsletters and annual report each year, use of six members hides on NOA's reserves, involvement in projects, studies, group activities and social events. Volunteers are welcome and an integral part of the Associations work. JOIN TODAY, TO ENJOY OUR RESERVES, SUPPORT OUR RESERCH, AND PRESERVE THE SERIOUS STUDY OF NORFOLK'S NATURAL HISTORY!
