Nick Bird is raising money for South London Cares Limited
My story
Over 7 days: Swim the channel - 1416 lengths - Monday to Friday. Cycle 100 Miles on Saturday then run marathon distance on the Sunday. My aim is to do all that in a combined time of 24 hours.
