About Myositis Support Group

The Myositis Support Group is the only national charity specific for Dermatomyositis, Polymyositis, Inclusion Body Myositis and Juvenile Dermatomyositis. Established in 1985 and registered as a charity the following year the Myositis Support Group has worked to improve the diagnosis, treatment, and management of these diseases. The Myositis Support Group provides help, advice and support to Myositis sufferers and their families, and fundraises to promote medical research.
