The Nakuru Project, Kenya

In July 2014, along with 13 other volunteers, I will travel to Kenya to construct a new building for the St. Jerome's Children's Centre, an orphanage just outside Nakuru.

The new dormitories and social spaces are to be contained in a building which we will be designing over the course of three workshops between now and the summer, and your donation will go directly towards the construction of the new facility.

Orkidstudio is a non-profit humanitarian design organisation whose focus is to benefit young people and communities worldwide through innovative and sustainable architecture, art and design.
