About my fundraising
The cause behind the Trek Association Love Light Romania is a Romanian registered non governmental organization, working in the Transylvanian area of Medias.
The association provides services for children, teenagers and families living in need, with a target group of those suffering HIV or whose lives have been affected by the virus.
The Sanctuary Placement Centre is the centre of Love Light Romania and provides permanent accommodation to abandoned and orphaned children and teenagers also infected or whose lives have been affected by HIV. The house provides respite care, day care and home care support.
Love Light Romanian Aid is a UK registered charity no 1117981 and works in collaboration with Love Light Romania. All monies raised by the Love Light Romania Trek 2009 will support the day to day running of the Sanctuary and its outreach services.
