TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH AUTISTIC SPECTRUM DISABILITIES THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE FAMILIES AND CARERS OF SUCH PERSONS; AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS CONCERNING AUTISTIC SPECTRUM DISABILITIES AS THE COMMITTEE MAY DETERMINE
