About my fundraising
This October the Amputee Football World Champioships will be held in Russia and I have been selected to be part of the Great Britain Squad. This is a huge honour to be once again selected to represent my country.
Unfortunatly the Great British Amputee Football Squad is not supported by any organisations and is a registered charity.
Therefore we desperatly need your help to raise funds so that we can attend the World Championship and bring home the gold!
The Great British Amputee Squad is run under the English Amputee Football Association (EAFA) which is a registered charity that aims to provide all amputees, people with congenital limb deficiencies and persons with restricted use of limbs, with the opportunity to play football locally, nationally and internationally.
To help raise funds I took part in a 10k run (on my crutches) on September 2nd, completing the course in 1hr 5 minutes! Thankyou to everyone who has already supported the cause and any donations ...
