About my fundraising
I will be attempting to not collapse whilst runnning the Cardiff Half in aid of the John C Thomas Foundation, set up by my mate Emlyn "The Mince" John. The foundation was set up with the aim of providing food, education, healthcare & agricultural stability to the children and local communities of Malawi. Please support my attempt to raise money for this extremley worthy cause.
