THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; AND 6.THE PROVISION, IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE.
